Born in Otsu City in 1948.
In 1975, he worked on the social development movement at the Otsu Youth Conference Center and became the chairman in 1984.
In 1993, he became the head of the Otsu branch of the Shiga Prefectural Headquarters of the Korean Mindan.
In 1996, he became the general manager of the General Affairs Department of the Shiga Prefectural Headquarters of the Korean Mindan.
In April 2000, the Omi Toraijin Club was established. Inaugurated as a representative. "Yeah! Chairman of the executive committee of "Oumi Multicultural Exchange Festival".
In addition, in order to disseminate "accurate and objective history of East Asia" to society, the "Traveler History Museum" was opened in Otsu City.
We are continuing our activities by working on a "rich community" with the philosophy of respect for human beings.
